Hypnosis is the practice of opening the minds eye to things that are sheltering mental development. Long past actions, memories that have been placed behind a wall of blackness are all aspects of life that humans create. These walls can lead us to higher levels of stress and a lack of self confidence that can keep us from performing our best in a given sport.
